Read & Earn connects members with paid reading and survey tasks supplied by business customers. We license you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for personal, non-commercial use. We may change, limit or discontinue any part of the service, and we will give 30 days' notice before a change that reduces the published hourly ranges.
You must be 18 or older and resident in a supported country (United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Poland, Philippines, India, Nigeria, South Africa, Brazil, Mexico). You must provide your own, accurate details and your own payout account. One account per person and per device. Accounts registered for someone else, or on behalf of a group, are prohibited.
Registration, task access, support and withdrawal carry no charge to you beyond any fee explicitly published on the Payouts section. We do not sell paid tiers, task unlocks, "level upgrades" or priority queues. No employee, affiliate or group administrator may ask you to send money, crypto or gift cards. If anyone does, they are not acting for us and you should report it under §12.
Published hourly earnings are $20 – $25 Monday – Friday and $25 – $30 Saturday – Sunday, measured per 60 minutes of accepted task time inside the stated window, at the per-task rates published on the Earnings Disclosure. The ranges describe the rate inside a working window; they do not promise that eligible tasks will be available for any given hour, and time with no eligible task pays nothing.
Payment is earned only for tasks completed honestly and accepted by the customer. Availability depends on your country, age band, partner screening and device integrity, and can differ between members on the same day. Activity does not entitle you to a minimum income for a day, week or month.
Remedy for breach: warning, rate limit, forfeiture of balances traceable to the breach, and/or termination. Forfeiture is limited to amounts earned through the breach — we do not confiscate unrelated legitimate balance.
Threshold $10.00, processing 3 business days after request (5 on first withdrawal while verification completes), fee $0.00, and available methods by country — PayPal and gift cards. Balances are non-transferable and have no value outside the service. We may hold a payout while investigating suspected §5 conduct, and we will tell you in writing why and on what timeframe. Abandoned accounts with a balance are handled under the unclaimed property law of the member's jurisdiction.
You keep ownership of the opinions you submit. You grant us a licence to pass responses to the commissioning customer in aggregate, anonymised form for the purpose they purchased. Task materials remain the customer's property; do not republish them.

You are an independent user of a marketplace, not an employee, worker or agent. The published hourly ranges describe task rates inside a window; they are not a wage, a salary or an hourly minimum, and no employment, worker or agency relationship is created. You choose whether and when to complete tasks. You are responsible for your own taxes on amounts received; we report only where local law requires it and above $600 in a calendar year for United States members.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount we owe you in approved but unpaid earnings. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud or wilful misconduct, and nothing in these terms affects statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived.
You may close your account at any time and claim any balance above threshold for 90 days after closure. We may terminate for breach with notice and reasons unless doing so would enable continued abuse. Material changes to these terms are announced 14 days ahead by email and in-app; continued use after that is acceptance.
Appeal any rejection, hold or termination at appeals@readandearn.app; we respond within 5 business days with a person, not an auto-reply. Unresolved disputes are governed by the law of England and Wales and, where permitted for consumers, by the small-claims venue of the member's residence. Edited earnings claims, fake task unlocks and impersonating copies of this service should be reported to support@readandearn.app.
